AI Hero provides specialist AI agents and reusable workflows. This policy explains the limited information processed to authenticate users, operate the workspace, provide AI features, and manage subscriptions.
- Google account information: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image are used to create and secure your AI Hero account. AI Hero does not support local passwords or GitHub login.
- Subscription information: selected plan, billing period, order status, Creem customer and subscription identifiers, renewal dates, and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by Creem and are not stored by AI Hero.
- Workspace information: prompts, agent conversations, workflow inputs, generated outputs, uploaded files, and operational metadata required to deliver requested features.
- Usage and security information: timestamps, device and browser information, IP-derived security signals, and service logs used for reliability and abuse prevention.
We use information to authenticate your account, confirm subscription access, run agents and workflows, retain your history, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Google supports authentication, Creem processes subscriptions, and configured AI or storage providers process requests needed to deliver the service. Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting, or applicable law.
