By using AI Hero you agree to these Terms. Access requires Google authentication, and paid agent features require an active Starter, Pro, or Premium subscription. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Subscriptions are billed by Creem monthly or annually according to the plan selected at checkout. Access begins after signed payment confirmation. A cancellation remains effective through the paid period unless the subscription is refunded, disputed, suspended, or otherwise terminated.
You may not use AI Hero to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, automate abuse, or submit content you do not have permission to process. We may suspend access for violations or material risk to the service.
AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before operational, financial, medical, legal, or other consequential use. You remain responsible for prompts, source materials, decisions, and resulting use.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Hero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
