AI Hero subscriptions are processed by Waffo. You may cancel future renewal at any time; cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where a confirmed duplicate charge or technical billing error occurred. Failure to use the service, a change in usage needs, or cancellation after renewal does not by itself qualify for a refund.
Send the Google account email, Waffo order reference, charge date, and reason to support@aihero.homes. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
